By accessing or using HodoLabs Learn, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
Users are required to create an account to access core educational practice and diagnostics tools. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to secure your password credentials at all times.
3. Premium Entitlements & Subscription Tiers
HodoLabs Learn utilizes a layered subscription system:
- Free Plan: Standard access to free quizzes and basic progress tracking.
- Trial Plan: Access allowed once per student profile for a duration of 7 days to try premium assessments and AI features.
- Premium Plan: Paid subscription offering unlimited diagnostic tests, AI explanations, and detailed mistake reviews.
Please note: Payment checkout integrations are currently in a test phase, and no live payment charges will be executed at MVP launch. Paid subscriptions are coming soon.
4. Code of Conduct
Our gamification features, XP scoring, and leaderboards are designed for positive learning environments. You agree not to attempt to manipulate XP scoring or cheat during timed assessments. AI explanations must be used strictly for direct learning support.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our educational services, curriculum paths, and AI explanations are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific academic results, test scoring achievements, or uninterrupted platform service.
